On Jumat, 22 November 2024, Management and Law Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Law, Royal University held a workshop with the theme Curriculum Development Based on Outcome Based Education (OBE). This activity aims to strengthen the development of a curriculum that is oriented towards achieving measurable results, in line with industrial developments and global needs.
This workshop was attended by lecturers, education staff, and other related parties who have an important role in improving the quality of education at Royal University.

Guided by Dr. E.Russiadi, S.E., M.Si, an expert in the field of education and curriculum, this workshop discusses practical steps in developing a curriculum based on Outcome Based Education (OBE) which aims to produce competent graduates who are ready to compete at the global level.
This workshop aims to provide insight and practical guidance for faculties and study programs in developing a curriculum that is more effective and relevant to current developments. With an approach Outcome Based Education, it is hoped that the curriculum that is prepared will not only focus on teaching theory, but also on developing student competencies so that they can compete in the global market.
"Through this workshop, we hope to improve the quality of the curriculum to be more adaptive to the needs of the industrial world and to improve student competencies to the maximum, making them ready to face global challenges," he said. Dr. E. Rusiadi, S.E., M.Si. on this occasion.
As part of the Royal University's commitment to improving the quality of higher education, this workshop is an important step in building an education system that is oriented towards competencies and measurable results. In addition, it also forms the basis for developing a more effective curriculum, in accordance with global education standards.

With this workshop, the Management and Law Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Law, Royal University hopes to be able to develop a curriculum that is not only relevant to the needs of the industry, but can also produce graduates who have high competence, are ready to work, and contribute to society globally.
