Kisaran, October 18, 2024 β The North Sumatra II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) implemented the βGoes to Universitas Royalβ program as part of its tax education and counseling efforts for Universitas Royal students. This event took place enthusiastically on Friday, October 18, 2024, and was attended by students from various study programs.

This activity aims to provide a deep understanding of taxation, increase tax awareness among the younger generation, and instill the importance of tax contributions to national development. Students receive a comprehensive explanation of tax obligations, how to manage taxes, and the benefits of taxes for the wider community.
According to the representative of DJP North Sumatra II, this program is a strategic step to create a more tax-aware young generation. "By understanding tax obligations from an early age, students can play an active role in supporting tax compliance in the future," said a source from DJP.
Universitas Royal as a higher education institution committed to producing superior generations, welcomes this activity. The Chancellor of Royal University said, "Educational activities like this are very relevant to broaden students' horizons, especially in the field of taxation, which is one of the important pillars in the country's economy."

Through this activity, it is hoped that Royal University students will not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also be motivated to become tax-abiding citizens and contribute positively to Indonesia's development.
